FAQ – Classes & Policies

Do I need prior experience to attend?

Not at all! We have classes for all experience levels – from true beginners to seasoned practitioners. Some classes move faster than others, but we offer something for every level. Check the “Level” note in the class description to find your perfect fit.

What should I bring?

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and anything you like to make your practice comfortable (like a towel or grip socks for barre). If you don’t have a mat, no worries — we have them available for daily rental and offer a variety of high-quality mats for purchase in the studio.

What if I have joint pain or an injury?

Many of our classes are designed for injury recovery and joint-safe movement. We’ll guide you with modifications.

Can I book a private session?

Yes! We offer 1:1 movement and breathwork sessions. Please ask your teacher to schedule a session after class.

Where can I sign the waiver?

[Click here to sign our digital waiver] (PDF or DocuSign)

Running late to class?

If you’re running late, you’re still welcome to quietly join either a Movement or Energy class. Please slip in mindfully so you don’t disturb others, and finalize your check-in with the front desk after the session ends.
